Zealot: The Life and Times of Jesus of Nazareth

To say that this book is" fascinating, provocative, and meticulously researched biography that challenges long-held assumptions about the man we know as Jesus of Nazareth", Is pure cow excrement.

The author's publicly stated credentials are questionable. His writing is creative as is one of his degrees in creative writing. His Assumptions are Muslim and anti-Christian.
The sales blurb above is a misleading to say the least. He may have done research but we all know that the author’s pre-suppositions often shape both his selections of researched items and his findings. He brags about his credentials as a scholar, while not able to admit that his Muslim training and beliefs are anti- Jesus as the Son of God as Christians believe.

Historically speaking his conclusions are not based on a full study of history but on sources, which question the truth about Jesus, Life, Teachings, death and Resurrection!
Muslims do not believe Jesus is Messiah or the Son of God and this shows through in this Academically Liberal Anti-Christian Book.

This book is a waste of money. This is A Muslim Not A Historically Accurate View.
It is obvious that the author did not consult those historians who disagree with the Jesus is just a man crowd.  If you are given it use it to start a fire in your fireplace. That way you will get some value from it.
